"Colorado"

Colorado serves as my home base and is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful regions in the United States. As a photographer, I have found an abundance of locations and historical sites throughout the state that offer limitless opportunities for exploration and documentation.

Renowned for its skiing, fly fishing, and mountain climbing, Colorado boasts 53 peaks exceeding 14,000 feet, each presenting unique challenges to climbers aiming to reach all summits. The state's cold-water trout streams are distinguished by Gold Medal catch-and-release waters, which provide exceptional angling experiences.

On August 1, 1876, President Ulysses S. Grant issued a Presidential Proclamation officially admitting Colorado to the Union as the thirty-eighth state. Marking the centennial year of the American Constitution, Colorado earned the designation "The Centennial State."
