"The Twisted Tree Project"

This started on a Utah hike with some friends in 2019. I made the comment that a photographic project could be done with just pinon pines. Later that year I made IMG#2019004, which I titled "Twisted Tree #1", and the project was underway. In 2022 I decided that I had enough for a gallery. All of these images were made in Colorado at either, The Garden of the Gods, Bristlecone Pine Scenic Area, or Mt. Goliath Natural Area.
