Mt. Rushmore
Mt. Rushmore National Memorial is a globally recognized symbol of America, featuring the faces of four notable presidents: George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln. The monument represents key chapters in American history. The evening lighting ceremony is especially memorable; capturing the Big Dipper above the monument was the highlight of my visit to the Black Hills.
